Have you heard of the Cookie jar method? ๐Ÿช



The cookie jar method is creating a virtual jar that holds all your victories which you can take a bite off when need be.


This concept came from David Goggins, an elite athlete who has competed in over 60 ultra marathons, triathlons and ultra-triathlons. The cookie jar comprises all the hardships, struggles you have endured in your life, and storing it in a mental cookie jar. Step 1: Write all the struggles you have been through and you have endured and have become successful in achieving your end goal, it should be something you are proud of or something that changed the lives of others. Step 2: When you feel like you are about to give up, open the imaginary cookies (your accomplishments) as an energy booster to propel you further, keep consuming the cookies till you reach your end goal. This is one of the techniques that can support a positive mindset. Creating and maintaining a positive attitude in sales is critical to your success!
