Yash was originally introduced to us by another law firm when he had been running his law firm for 7 years already. Whilst he was very successful, he found that he had reached a glass ceiling and no matter what he tried, he just couldn’t increase his sales, yet he wanted to take his business to the next level. One of the big issues was, that Yash was the only person in the business doing sales efficiently and the business had very limited sales channels, on top of all this they were very focused on selling with a price sensitive pitch. We started running a series of sales workshops with Yash and his team of lawyers, so they become comfortable doing sales and generate results. We then continued with weekly calls and monthly meetings to ensure Yash and his team were progressing.
We focused on sales process and pitch, to move away from a price sensitive pitch and develop to a value-added approach.
We helped him focus on new market opportunities, to create a new constant revenue channel.
