Have a great attitude- it is important that a team understands that their attitude will determine their altitude
The importance of time- not just understanding that being on time is important bu also valuing their time with key tasks and not wasting valuable time
Learning to always prepare- to always have a plan A, BC, D and Z - so that the team is never caught out
Having a culture of 100% effort and understanding that anything below that effort level isn't the standard
Safeguarding their attitude- understanding that things will go wrong and that's the way things go sometimes
Get in the habit to always develop and grow their network
Understanding what you're doing and why you're doing it- a clear understanding of the work will make it more enjoyable and successful
Learn to be in control of key things - creating an attitude whereby the team focuses on controlling everything they can to ensure that things go well
