I am a Senior Consultant with SME Skills Academy, based in London and managing SME skills partner in Ethiopia. I am assisting micro-businesses and SMEs to transform their business to a higher level by increasing sales revenues and profitability.
I joined SME Skills Academy impressed by the unique business development model especially the proven sales strategy and process that help clients to achieve extraordinary results in a short period of time.
My background in business consultancy, relationship building, client acquisition and HRM, Knowledge Management (KM), International Development, Research & Analysis combined with SME Skills offering to enable me to provide tailored sales support and add value to various clients I work with.
I have PhD in Business Administration specializing in Knowledge Integration and application practices and worked as Postgraduate Teaching/ Research Assistant at the University of Birmingham and directed students on ‘Challenge Project’- coaching on leadership, problem-solving, time management and partnership work with the global company - PricewaterhouseCoopers. Also, I am the Urban Knowledge Management Policy Advisor at the London School of Economics- LSE Cities and produced KM Solutions Policy Paper for Addis Ababa to improve City Administration and Governance.
In my spare time I read and follow up technology advancement and digital economy; I do exercise and like travelling to different countries.
